I have been an empty nester now for several years....off and on at least. I have never been a busy-body type of person so I have been pretty content to let them alone and live their own life. At least I thought I was.....but when I see a child going through tough times and having to make hard decisions or live with consequences of bad decisions I find my heart breaking over and over again.
Let's just have a pity party shall we?
